well im sorry to say im really stumped here - found no way to do it without resorting to some gimmiky builds (which never exist for a rit)

any suggestion on how to H/H this?

I did it the other day ago, dunkoro as LoD with holy haste and extinguish, SV necro with blood rit, and and SS with blood rit. Henches were Mhenlo, earth hench, mesmer, and warrior. Dropped him easy. I played a ranger with interrupts and pain inverter. No consumables required.

Haven't tried this, but those not reliant on their secondaries can go /R, take charm animal, and thus supercharge Pain Inverter because there are more targets he hits.

...Pain inverter. flag them in a nice little ball and interrupt his skill and watch his hp go bye bye. takes no more then five min. on HM.

Pain Inverter+Interrupts

Interrupt and make him mad.

Normal team build. Have someone run pain inverter. Pain inverter when he is getting searing breath (or another mass team hit skill) and then interrupt his next skill while he has it on still. That plus spoil vicotr = dead in less than 10 seconds.
